Van Ditmar Patagonia is located in the city of Bariloche, Patagonia Argentina. The company was established about fourty years ago by Federico Van Ditmar and managed at present by his son, Keen Van Ditmar. A professional and dynamic team formed by Alicia Basualdo, Claudio Tomas, Chango Teves, Gustavo David, Luciana Panetta, plus technical and administrative staff support our company and have experts in solving our customer´s needs. You can confidently trust our competent and dynamic real estate team which deals with all fields of the real estate business and other related ones.
Alicia Basualdo:She has been working in the Estate field for more than 16 years. Alicia is mainly devoted to transactions involving residential properties and to rental transactions of the most prominent holiday properties in the city. Claudio Tomas: With a vast experience in financial issues, he works mainly in the launching of new projects and also in property assessment, and the sale and purchase of new properties. Gustavo David: In charge of purchase, sales and assistance to new customers related with land, farms and ranches in Patagonia. Chango Teves: Exclusively devoted to the sale of properties in the Cerro Catedral area and also to plot sales. Three technical workers complete the Van Ditmar Patagonia staff and work hard to solve our customer´s needs. |
